Vespa of Santa Maria/Bulletproof Scooters is owned and operated by the Wilson Family.

Mark Wilson started Bulletproof Scooters in 1990, restoring and customizing vintage Vespa and Lambretta scooters. Their reputation has grown, and are now considered one of the top Vespa restoration experts in North America.

When Vespa returned to North America in 2001, Mark bought the first brand new Vespa sold for his wife Stephanie, attended the first factory training sessions, and when the opportunity to own a dealership presented itself in 2006, they could not pass it up.

When you purchase from or have your bike serviced/repaired/customized at Vespa Santa Maria, you can rest assured you are in good hands. The folks at Vespa Santa Maria have been Vespa factory trained and certified since 2001 and have been handling service, repairs, and customizations for other dealers since, as well as being an official dealer and service center for Bajaj scooters. Vespa Santa Maria technicians are also ASE and I-CARR certified.
